Mihir is the CEO & Founder of Galaxia Solutions. He has over 18 years of experience serving asset managers, hedge funds, asset servicers, and broker-dealers in the areas of high performance team building, strategy, planning, and implementation, with an emphasis on business and technology solutions within investment operations.

Mihir has executed several operating model initiatives involving process and technology capabilities assessment, definition of future state functional and technical architectures and operating models backed by a business case and an implementation roadmap. He has worked with executive leadership (COO, CFO, CTO, Business Heads) and provided recommendations for achieving process efficiencies, reducing cost, and improving technology and data solutions that reflects a holistic, end to end perspective.

Mihir has led multiple multi-year transformation initiatives that are driven by market initiatives or internal change programs with an emphasis on large system integration project oversight, and managing business and technical teams through implementation, testing, and conversion. He has coordinated large scale transformation programs and managed teams of over 100 people ranging from solution architects, program/project managers, developers, analysts, technology vendors, contractors.

Prior to Galaxia, Mihir was part of the leadership team of the Wealth and Asset Management Advisory business at Ernst & Young (EY). Prior to EY, he was in Deloitte’s Regulatory and Capital Markets Consulting specializing in Straight Thru Processing (STP) solutions. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mihir was a senior product specialist for SmartStream Technologies focusing on trade processing solutions.

Mihir has a Master in Management Information System from Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business, New York and a Bachelor in Commerce (Major: Accounting and Economics) from Mumbai University, India.
